Fit-check scope

Tell us the family constraint first, then we check which resort actually fits.

A fit check is not a quote and not a booking. We take your travel dates, the ages of the children, your departure city and your transfer limit, then compare the resorts that remain inside those limits. You get a short written answer with the trade-offs named.

  • What to send: 2 adults and 2 children under 8, 9 nights, your departure city, and a maximum transfer time.
  • What you receive: a shortlist of 3 to 5 resorts with transfer minutes, kids-club age bands and a family-of-four total.
  • What we do not do: hold rooms, take payments, or promise availability before the operator confirms it.

Response expectations

What happens after you send the fit check

You get a short written fit check, not a booking form. If your dates, budget or children's ages fall outside what a resort can actually serve, we say that in the first reply instead of padding the list.

Reply time
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. Requests that arrive after 18:00 Kyiv time are answered the following working morning.
What the reply contains
Two to four candidate resorts, each with transfer minutes, kids club age range, meal plan and a family-of-four total for your dates. No teaser prices without the inclusion list beside them.
