1. Who we are

• Role: travel agent intermediary; each offer names the tour operator and, where applicable, its tourism-activity registration and financial-guarantee details (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995).

2. Prices, taxes and extras

• The price includes only what the offer lists: accommodation, stated meals, listed transfers and operator services. Not included unless stated: transport tickets, visas, entry and resort fees, tourist tax, personal expenses, gratuities.
• Mandatory taxes and service charges are itemised before booking; optional transfers, insurance and excursions are priced separately and added only when selected.
• Availability and prices are confirmed at booking and may change before then.

3. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Change and refund terms are set by the tour operator and shown before payment; statutory consumer rights are not limited by them. Requests: contact@glyxoria.com.

Our advertising states price, fees, cancellation and visa or entry requirements without omission (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996).

4. Your rights

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
