Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of glyxoria.com and any booking request you submit.
1. Business identity
Operated by glyxoria.com LLC, EDRPOU 78142322, 14B Antonovycha St, Business Center Horizon, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Email contact@glyxoria.com, phone +380 981 153 7919. Managing Director: Thomas Costa. Disclosed per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015.
2. Eligibility
The site is for adults aged 18 or over, including guardians booking for minors.
3. Intermediary role
We are a travel agent coordinating bookings with tour operators registered under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995. Registration and financial-guarantee details appear in your booking documents. The travel contract is between you and the operator.
4. Booking coordination
A booking request is an offer, not a confirmed reservation. A contract forms only when we issue written confirmation and the operator accepts. Dates and inclusions are as shown before you submit.
5. Prices, fees and extras
All mandatory fees are shown before submission and included in the total. Optional extras are itemised and chosen by you. Nothing material is omitted, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Operator cancellation deadlines and charges are disclosed before booking and prevail. Statutory refunds follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023 and are made to the original payment method.
7. Consumer rights and complaints
Services must meet the stated characteristics. Write to contact@glyxoria.com. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court, under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10 June 2023.
8. Personal data and cookies
We process data on your consent and to perform the contract, per Law of Ukraine No. 4195-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 22 October 2024. Non-essential cookies are set only after consent, per that law and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16 December 2020.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version applies. Ukrainian law governs. Terms, refunds and privacy rules are published before data collection, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.
